“I have never been into exercise, team sports or even had a gym membership. I have always been active walking the dog but have never been involved in strength training. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis about a year ago and y doctor told me to start strength training. With Kimiko’s guidance I have gone from a size 14 to a size 10.
